For most online players, VIP programmes often feel distant and out of reach — reserved only for those betting millions of ringgit every month. But at 96bet, we see things differently. The 96bet VIP programme is designed to be accessible to players at all levels, with a clear and transparent path from Bronze all the way up to Diamond.
What sets the 96bet VIP programme apart from other platforms isn't just the value of the rewards on offer — it's how we personally appreciate every member. This is where the concept of a "personal account manager" truly means something — not just a fancy title, but a real agent who knows you, understands your playing habits, and is ready to offer relevant recommendations.
Every time you place a wager at 96bet — whether at the live casino tables, slot machines, or sports betting markets — you automatically accumulate VIP reward points. The accumulation rate depends on your current VIP tier, with Bronze members earning 1x points while Diamond members enjoy a 5x multiplier.
Accumulated points will not expire as long as your account remains active. This means you can build up points at your own pace without any time pressure, then redeem them for game credits whenever you're ready. The points-to-credits conversion is handled directly within your 96bet account — no complicated procedures or additional approvals required.
VIP tier upgrades at 96bet are automatic and based on your cumulative deposit total within a rolling 30-day period. This means the system always considers your most recent deposits rather than counting from your account registration date. This approach ensures consistently active players are always placed at a VIP tier that reflects their current activity.
Once you reach the deposit threshold for the next level, your upgrade happens instantly — no waiting until the next day or contacting customer support. The 96bet system automatically updates your VIP status and sends a notification via email or SMS to inform you of the new privileges now available to you.
Weekly cashback is one of the most popular VIP benefits among 96bet players. Every Monday, the system calculates your net losses over the past week and awards cashback based on the percentage set for your VIP level. Cashback is credited directly to your account with no burdensome wagering requirements.
What makes 96bet cashback special is that it is calculated based on net losses — not total wagering amount — meaning it truly acts as a safety net for you. During an unlucky week, VIP cashback ensures you still get a portion of your funds back to keep playing.
One of the standout aspects of the 96bet VIP program that sets it apart from competitors is the personal account manager system for Gold members and above. Every 96bet VIP account manager is a trained professional who understands your needs and preferences as a player.
Your account manager is not only available to answer technical questions or assist with deposit and withdrawal issues — they also proactively keep you informed about new promotions, upcoming VIP tournaments, and opportunities to maximise your rewards. You can reach them via live chat on the platform, email, or whichever messaging channel you prefer.
For Platinum and Diamond members, 96bet provides access to exclusive Live Casino tables not available to regular members. These tables don't just offer higher wagering limits — they deliver an entirely different atmosphere, with professional dealers specially trained to provide a premium casino experience.
At 96bet VIP tables, the minimum and maximum betting limits are tailored for seasoned players, giving you more room to apply your strategies with larger stakes. These VIP rooms also accommodate a limited number of players, making each session more exclusive and personal.
As a 96bet VIP member, you are also eligible to join an exclusive referral program that rewards you each time you introduce a new friend to the platform. VIP referral rewards are significantly higher than the standard referral program, with bonuses automatically credited once the friends you refer reach certain wagering activity.
This VIP referral program is a smart way to maximise your earnings from 96bet with zero additional risk — simply share your gaming experience with friends who might be interested in joining the 96bet community.
Beyond all the figures and percentages, what truly drives the 96bet VIP programme is our genuine commitment to every member. We believe that loyal players deserve more than just a functional platform — they deserve an experience that truly values their loyalty.
That's why we continually reassess our VIP program based on member feedback, improving the benefits offered and ensuring every VIP tier delivers genuinely meaningful value. Your VIP journey with 96bet is not just about status — it's about a long-term relationship that benefits both sides.
